{"id":1718,"date":"2020-12-30T11:25:54","date_gmt":"2020-12-30T11:25:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ristogala.net\/prodotto\/funghi-porcini\/"},"modified":"2021-03-19T13:14:07","modified_gmt":"2021-03-19T13:14:07","slug":"porcini-mushroom","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/ristogala.net\/en\/prodotto\/porcini-mushroom\/","title":{"rendered":"Porcini mushroom"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>mushroom<\/strong> is a singular kind of vegetable belonging to the Eumycota family.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>porcino<\/strong> is a member of the Boletus family, characterised by the presence of tiny tubes under the cap, which give the appearance of a sponge; the cap is also easy to break off the stalk.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mushrooms have been eaten since ancient times, with the tragic consequences one might imagine, given that every species has some level of toxicity and some are positively lethal.<\/p>\n<p>The porcino grows spontaneously in many areas of Italy and other countries; the mushrooms found in chestnut forests have a distinctive reddish-brown colour, while those found in beech and fir forests are paler. Porcini from oak forests are particularly delicious, although very rare, like the oaks themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Usually the lower the latitude, the better the mushroom.
